Centum Financial Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Adrian Schulz as its Executive Vice President.
Previously Centum's Director of Technology, Schulz will work with the team to expand the corporate brokerage and bring added value to the network's members. Additionally, he will oversee technological development and innovation within the nationwide network, as well as lead the optimization of Centum's legal and compliance departments. Schulz's new position builds on his previous role, in which he oversaw the growth of Piper, Centum's proprietary platform, and helped optimize client experience workflows.
"Adrian has been such an asset to our team thanks to his broad experience and his understanding of real estate, mortgages and franchising,"
Schulz has considerable in-depth experience in property management and the mortgage industry, with nearly 20 years as a leader in technology, operations and brokerage ownership. He joined Centum as a mortgage agent in 2019. He has also been President of his family's Winnipeg-based condominium management firm for 13 years, and in addition to his work as Centum's Director of Technology has held a similar role at Real Property Management Canada. Schulz is a member of Mortgage Professionals Canada, the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), an associate of the Canadian Condominium Institute and director at the Manitoba Real Estate Association.
To better support the network's growing membership needs, Centum is making some other changes to its leadership as well. Jeff Sampson, who first joined the Centum team in 2018 and previously served as Vice President, is the new Vice President of Operations, and will oversee the day-to-day functions of the network. Additionally, Caroline Rapson, who has been with Centum since 2002 and was most recently serving as Director of Operations, will now serve as Director of Broker Relations.
