Director, Membership
Caroline Rapson, Director of Membership at CENTUM Financial Group, started with the Charlwood Pacific Group in 1996 under the Century 21 umbrella and has been part of the corporate Centum team since its inception in 2002. She spent 17 years as CENTUM’s franchise services manager before being promoted to director of operations, where she served for three years prior to assuming her current role. Now as director of membership, Caroline oversees internal member communications, office and agent onboarding, member services deployment, brokerage lender relationships and network events.
